The Month of May

May has been one exciting month for us! We have celebrated graduations, weddings, the birth of a new niece and lots of great times!
The week before Leah's graduation, mom and I went to Jacksonville to help out with the kiddos while Rebekah prepared further for the arrival of Baby Bergren. We had the greatest time! We went from Jacksonville to Longivew and spent some great time with Tia Leah!

On May 3, sweet Leah graduated from College! She has worked so hard and is loved by so many and I could not be more proud of my baby sister! She is such a rockstar. She will be continuing school this next August in Portland, Oregon. Although I am beyond sad that she will be so far away, I know that she is going to do great things in Oregon and cannot wait to see how she changes the counseling world.

At the kids' school, each class supports a university, and we had to find the Baylor room!

Leah and I took the kiddos to see Rio 2! They loved it!

My sweet Husband!

Only a little time after Leah's graduation (May 9), our family welcomed Savannah Claire Bergren into the family. My sister and her family is so precious and we love seeing how much our family has changed! We cannot wait to meet Savannah Claire!

Sweet Savannah, your uncle Ty and Aunt Lizzy love you so much! We cannot wait to share in all your joys, fears, triumphs and failures. We are beyond blessed to have you in our family. For you, we have chosen this verse to pray for you: "Know therefore that the Lord your God is God. He is the faithful God, keeping His covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commands." Deuteronomy 7:9.

Proud Big Brother

Sweet sisters

Congrats Momma and Daddy! She's beautiful

For Mother's Day, Ty and I paid to have some family pictures taken for his momma and Grancie. We haven't gotten them back yet, but I am so excited to see how they turned out! Here are a couple from the day! If you are interested in any pictures, let me know, and Katie can take them! She is fabulous!!

My husband is pretty fabulous. Love, love, love him.

On May 17, our cousin Abigail married her sweet fiancé, Eric. We (Ty, dad, Leah and I) drove up there to celebrate and it was such a blast getting to visit with family that we haven't seen in a while. She was a beautiful bride (and he a handsome groom) and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

love.

After the wedding, we were able to have lunch and go to church with sweet Dorothy who moved from Texas to Virginia last year! It was wonderful spending time with her and enjoying some sweet company.

Once we got back from Virginia, Ty and I have had time to just enjoy the beautiful weather and each other's company! We are so blessed to be able to do life together and could not be more excited to see what is in store for us next! I was offered a job at Midway High School a few weeks ago, and today I made it official by signing my contract! We are so excited to see what is in store with this new job and love seeing the Lord provide for our family!

So blessed to have a job in August! Cannot wait to be a Midway Panther!

Please continue to pray for Ty and our family. He goes back to the doctor to see how his ankle is healing next Tuesday and we really are hoping for a good report! We will update as we know more!

Until Next Time,
