The Gist Family: Spring Break and other Happenings

Spring Break was very busy for both Ty and myself. I spent the first four days of Spring Break staying with some of my sweet kiddos while their parents were out of the country. We spent the time going to museums, building forts, finding playgrounds....you name it, we did it! We had the greatest time, but it was nice to be home and back in my own bed!

On Tuesday of Spring Break, I took the GRE in hopes of scoring well enough to get into Graduate School. I was super nervous but did all that I could and I met the score requirements!! I was so excited and it was definitely an answered prayer! Ty and I were able to relax after that and truly enjoy Spring Break.

We spent the rest of the time in Clifton with my wonderful family. From building a fire and making s'mores to homemade cinammon rolls and chicken fried steak, we enjoyed countless hours of playing board games, O heck, 42 and just spending time together. I promise to get better about taking pictures, but here are a few from the break!

Ty and I also have a new family member! We got a new puppy! Her name is Pippin and we are so in love! She is playful and keeps us on our toes! I added some pictures of the boys I nanny and them meeting her....they loved her! I am not too sure she felt the same though =)
